How to return or exchange an item
Not completely satisfied? No problem, you can return your item(s) within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have the tag on.
To process your return we need the following information to be send to info@coolsports.online:
- receipt or proof of purchase
- reason why a return or exchange is required
- other product item you would like to exchange it for (e.g. size)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exemptions
Please note the following exemptions on our return policy:
- We cannot process shipments that are not returned according to our policy.
- Refunds can only be made if the products have not been used.
- Changed, damaged or dirty products can’t be taken back.
- It is allowed to activate our PCM products once, and try them in our vests or as a pull over using a shirt underneath
- If evaporative vests that are activated or filled with water, for sanitary reasons cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by making an EFT to the bank details provided by you through.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Provide 3 working days after receiving confirmation that a refund has been made.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are defective and is eligible for a warranty claim. If you need to exchange it for the same item (different colour, size) or a different item a surcharge will be levied. A handling fee will be calculated at 10% of the returned item value + courier charges.
Warranty
Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. INUTEQ warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If an INUTEQ product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. Please see our return policy for more information.
Important note
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty.
Shipping returns
Use a sturdy box, that is marked as returning goods and courier it to our physical address provided in our Contact us page. Otherwise you are welcome to make an appointment and bring it to our offices.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
